I Won at The Skin Games 2018!

The Skin Games is the vision of beauty industry colleague, Jennifer Rosenblum, who one day woke up with the inspiration to create something our field had never seen before: an 8-week competition where estheticians could showcase their artistry, skill, and passion for their craft. Long-term transformation doesn't happen in just one visit, so Jennifer gave us time to create lasting, life-altering results with her Skin Games. Think of it as the Academy Awards of skincare — complete with a glamorous gala and all the excitement you’d expect.

As a licensed esthetician for over 30 years, I’ve witnessed the evolution of our industry, but nothing has ever come close to this experience. The Skin Games gave us, as professionals, the chance to step into the spotlight and celebrate what we do best.

Each competitor selects a category that highlights their unique expertise — from advanced treatments to holistic practices. Naturally, I chose the Holistic Category, since my heart and career have been rooted in teaching Reiki and Energy Healing.

For my entry, I guided my amazing model through an 8-week version of my Heal the Healer program. She arrived ready to not only improve her skin, but also to heal her life from depression as well. Together, we worked through energy healing, intention-setting, and holistic treatments. Watching her transformation — physically, emotionally, and spiritually — was nothing short of inspiring.

From December 1st, 2017 to January 22nd, 2018, we walked this journey side by side, and the results were powerful. You can see her share her story, challenges, and breakthroughs in my video library — her glow at the end truly speaks for itself.

Winning in the Holistic Category was more than just an award for me. It was confirmation that beauty is so much more than skin deep — it’s about energy, healing, and helping people reconnect with their inner light.
